Adding a theme to your web browser of choice is a great way of personalizing it. Depending on the browser you are using, themes may modify all interface elements or only some.
STEPS:-
1) Just go to Chrome Web Store from here. Then just type My Chrome Theme and Click on Free. It will automatically install to your chrome.
2) A New Tab will open. Then click on My Chrome Theme.
3) Then in My Chrome Theme, Click on Start Making Theme.
4) Click on Upload Photo or Use Webcam.
You do get options to adjust the position of the image, for instance to fit it on the screen, centrer it or use custom dimensions.
A couple of image effects can be applied to the image as well, sepia, inverted or posterized.
5) After uploading click on Continue to step 2.
6) Select colours and Move to Step 3.
7) Give a name to your theme and Click Make my Theme.
8) Click on Install My theme and Its Done!! Enjoy.
